The Phelps Mill Festival, held yearly on the second weekend in July, brings together both artists and artisans in a display of various high quality works. Adding to the intrigue of the peaceful setting of the Park is the participation of guest performers appearing on stage and around the grounds. American and ethnic foods, served by nonprofit groups from around Otter Tail County, compliment the festive atmosphere.

Exhibitor applications will be sent out at the end of November, and will be due back February 16, 2009. You can also download the application here.

Phelps Mill Country’s Mission:
Phelps Mill Country’s purpose is to promote, stimulate and support interest in the Arts and related cultural traditions. We have sponsored the Phelps Mill Festival, now in its 25th year, to provide funding to accomplish our mission. Our children are our future and they need the interest, stimulation, and support of the future of Arts in Minnesota.

Tribute to the Artists:
The Phelps Mill Festival Exhibitors are one of a kind. Their wares show the uniqueness, quality and fine workmanship that are found only at this Festival. As you wander through the Festival, think of this: each piece is new on its own and with each piece, a little bit of themselves go with it. The Exhibitors travel through out the USA and meet together at different events and festivals. They become families. They look forward to seeing each other through the season. Over the years, not all of the exhibitors are able to come back to our Festival. We will miss them and hope their families find peace in their memories.
