We offer many options that can be added to enhance your basic telephone service.

Caller ID

Caller ID lets you know who is calling before you answer the phone as well as who called while you were away. A display unit attached to your phone shows the number of the caller and may also save the number of several callers. You may lease or purchase a caller identification display unit from us or from a retail outlet. This equipment is not required to use the other CLASS features offered. Please be aware this feature may display non-listed and non-published numbers. You must contact us to subscribe to the service.

Voice Mail

All over America busy people are adding voice mail to their current phone systems. Why?

Because voice mail not only improves communications, it makes a whole new kind of communication possible. Voice mail can redefine the way you use your telephone.

Voice mail responds to your calls when you are unable to answer your phone or when you are currently on the line. It invites callers to leave a message, then records the message and stores it in your voice mail box. Callers may leave a message at anytime, even several callers at once.

Find Me Feature......... $4.95 per Month

Find Me offers intelligent simultaneous or consecutive ring functionality providing a way for you to be contacted anywhere, not just at home or the office.

Find Me can specify up to six (6) telephone numbers to be dialed at the same time or in succession. Find Me alerts the caller that it is attempting to locate you by announcing “Attempting to locate (name here). Please stay on the line.” Therefore, the caller knows to stay on the line as the service does its job.
